At AURA by Renée, we take pride in creating products with great attention to detail using a variety of materials, including genuine leather, synthetic leather, and semi-natural leather.

Product & Material Characteristics

Our products may be made from:

* Genuine leather

* Synthetic leather

* Semi natural or blended leather materials

As a result, natural variations may occur, including:

* Slight differences in color or texture

* Variations in softness, finish, or sheen depending on the material

* Natural markings, scars, wrinkles, or grain variations found in genuine leather

These characteristics are considered part of the material’s natural beauty and are not manufacturing defects.

Ready-Made Products

Returns or exchanges may be requested within 7 days of receiving the order, provided that:

* The product has not been used

* The product remains in its original condition

* Original packaging and proof of purchase are provided

Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the error was caused by the store.

Custom Orders

Custom products include, but are not limited to

* Name engraving or personalization

* Custom designs

* Products modified according to customer specifications

Custom-made products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless there is a manufacturing defect or the item differs significantly from the approved specifications.

Manufacturing Defects or Order Errors

If you receive a product with:

* Visible damage

* A manufacturing defect

* A significant discrepancy from the ordered specifications

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos.

Depending on the situation, we will either:

* Replace the item at no additional cost

* Issue a full refund
