AURA by Renée is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

Many AURA by Renée products are handmade and/or made using natural materials, including genuine leather. Natural variations in color, grain, texture, markings, and pattern are part of the character of these materials. Accordingly, no two handmade or natural leather pieces are guaranteed to be exactly alike.

Product photographs are intended to represent each product as accurately as reasonably possible, but minor variations may occur.

All product descriptions are subject to change without notice at our discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue products at any time and may limit quantities available to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. AURA by Renée reserves the right to accept or decline an order where permitted by applicable law.

Your order is accepted once we confirm acceptance and successfully process the applicable payment.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Because certain AURA by Renée products may be customized, personalized, handmade, or prepared specifically for your order, cancellation or modification may not always be possible once preparation has begun.

If we cannot accept or need to modify or cancel an order, we will attempt to contact you using the email address, billing information, and/or phone number supplied with your order.

AURA by Renée is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with AURA by Renée.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not the seller of products offered by AURA by Renée and is not responsible for the fulfillment of purchases made directly from AURA by Renée, except to the extent required by applicable law.
